Of chicken flavor stove top stuffing 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 1 3 c.

Simply cut the zucchini up into quartered disks and cook in oil with a little salt and pepper.
Spread zucchini mixture over the stuffing and top with remaining stuffing mix.
Put the zucchini rounds into a medium saucepan and cover with water.

Add about 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
Place 1 2 of stuffing and butter mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole pan.
Stuff the boats with the skillet.
Scoop the pulp from the zucchini right into the pan.
Heat a skillet on medium heat.
Spoon the zucchini mixture over the stuffing then top off with the other half of the stuffing.
Both packages of stuffing mix.

Cover the pan and lower the heat to medium low.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup into drained zucchini and onions.
Velveeta cheese grated or cut in pieces 1 sm.
For the stuffing use 5 c of stuffing mixed with 1 c of chicken broth.
Add stove top stuffing sour cream and cheese.
If it seems dry don t worry the zucchini releases moisture and the foil keeps it in making it as creamy as can be.
Place half of mix in 9 x 13 pan.
Step 4 bake at 350 degrees f 175 degrees c for 25 to 30 minutes or until stuffing is golden brown.
Poor zucchini mixture over first layer of stuffing mix.
Remove the zucchini from the oven and allow to cool.
