There are seven torx screws holding the intern latch into the door frame and three interconnecting bars between the outer and inner inner handles.
Sprinter sliding door handle removal.
Pull door handle 1 in direction of arrow.
2 at bottom of door 3 on front near hinge 1 on inside the door lever.
Pull lock cylinder 3 at right angles out of mounting bracket.
Pop the front one out.
You will need a large size phillips screwdriver to do this.
